On June 3rd, Soyeon announced on her SNS, “Neverland (fandom name), the weather is nice today. I’m out for a schedule. Don’t worry about me anymore and have a happy day.” To reassure worried fans, the artist herself announced the news of her resumption of activities.
Previously, Soyeon missed the YIZHIYU & (G)I-DLE offline fan signing event and special fan event scheduled for June 1st due to health issues. At that time, her agency Cube Entertainment stated, “Soyeon recently visited the hospital due to health issues and received medical advice that sufficient rest and stability are necessary. In consideration of the artist’s health, we have decided to temporarily suspend all schedules to allow the artist to focus on rest and treatment.”

With Soyeon’s announcement of her return to activities, (G)I-DLE will resume their full-group activities. (G)I-DLE released their second full album “2” in January and promoted the title track “Super Lady”. Recently, they have been heating up live stages at university festivals.
Celebrating their 6th debut anniversary this year, (G)I-DLE is set to embark on the world tour “2024 (G)I-DLE World Tour ‘i-DOL'” starting with a concert in Seoul. They will perform in 14 cities worldwide, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma, Oakland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne and Sydney.
